This pr updates license field on pyproject.toml

before example 1: license = "LICENSE.md" | license = "LICENCE.txt"
before example 2: license = "MIT"
before example 3: repo without license file, - AIGODLIKE/ComfyUI-CUP: Bridge between ComfyUI and blender ComfyUI-BlenderAI-node addon.

after example 1: license = { file = "LICENSE.md" } | license = { file = "LICENCE.txt" }
after example 2: license = { text = "MIT" }
after example 3: *ignore repos without license files

point to license file first, matches ./LICENSE* file and replace into after example 1, *Note: example 1 also accept ./LICEN[C]E files
fallback into {text=...} while no files matched
