Why does even Comfy Registry and ComfyUI-manager exist?

  1. Users cannot download node from comfyui manager even if developer publish their node using comfy node publish
  2. Developer should create separate repo to allow users to git clone download their node, since comfy registry does not support subdir
  3. Developer should PR or raise issue to register their node to comfyui manager
  4. And they leave PR which is just 'adding their node list to json file', for a month

Do you guys even care comfyui community?
