The original issue pertains to the case where --enable-manager-legacy-ui (a V3-like UI) is specified—meaning manager-v4—and it seems PR3114 has not yet been merged. In my case, the issue still persists. However, it occurs in Chrome but not in Firefox on my end, so it may also be related to browser-specific issues.
