In this PR, I've modified the existing animate-diff(comfyui-animatediff & ComfyUI-AnimateDiff-Evolved) model listings to download into the ./models folder

This is a quality of life improvement so that users can consolidate models within the ./models.

Looking further ahead if models are encouraged to placed into the ./models directory, easy wins like extra_model_paths.yml can be used against new model types for free.
