📄 Description

This pull request adds functionality to fetch and display GitHub stats as part of the custom node list enhancement. It addresses the feature request and feedback discussed in issue #497.

Changes include:

Adding the PyGithub package to requirements.txt for GitHub API interaction.
Updating .gitignore to exclude the github-stats-cache.json file.
Implementing a new GitHub stats fetching feature in scanner.py.
Adding a new file, github-stats.json, for storing fetched GitHub stats.

These changes aim to improve the user experience by allowing sorting by popularity and facilitating easier selection and installation of popular nodes.
