Overview

This PR adds a complete automated installation and verification suite for ComfyUI + LTX-Video support. Users can now set up a fully configured LTX-Video environment with a single script.

What's Included

Installation Scripts

• install-ltx-video-windows.bat - Automated Windows NVIDIA GPU installer
• install-ltx-video-linux.sh - Automated Linux/macOS installer

Both scripts handle the complete setup pipeline:

1. Clone ComfyUI & ComfyUI-Manager
2. Create Python virtual environment
3. Install PyTorch with CUDA support
4. Install all dependencies
5. Configure low-VRAM mode
6. Create optimized launcher scripts
7. Generate setup guides

Verification Script

• verify-ltx-video-setup.py - Post-installation validation
  • Checks Python version & dependencies
  • Validates CUDA/GPU availability

RTX 5070 (8GB) Presets

The installers configure these settings for optimal performance:

• Resolution: 512 × 512
• Frames: 25–40 (produces 3–5 second clips at 8 FPS)
• Steps: 20–25
• VRAM Mode: Low-VRAM with 1GB reserve
• Batch Size: 1

Testing

The installation scripts have been validated for:

• ✅ Proper environment detection (Python 3.9+, Git)
• ✅ Repository cloning
• ✅ Virtual environment creation
• ✅ Dependency installation
• ✅ Launcher script generation
• ✅ Model directory setup

The verification script can be run post-install:

python scripts/verify-ltx-video-setup.py

Addresses setup complexity for LTX-Video users on NVIDIA systems, particularly those with limited VRAM (6-8GB).

Notes

• Scripts are idempotent - safe to run multiple times
• Virtual environment kept local to installation directory
