Adds GIF Toolkit to custom-node-list.json.

The package is published in the Comfy Registry as version 0.4.1 and includes a node_list.json for node-id discovery.

Version 0.4.1 also removes the in-node language selector from GIFToolkitGuide and uses English as the built-in guide language, with non-English UI translations intended to use ComfyUI's locale mechanism.
