Summary

Stop substituting GitHub nightly when a Registry node has no Active release.
Keep Registry-backed entries marked as CNR in the Manager UI and omit the nightly choice.
Reject nightly install, enable, update, and reinstall requests for Registry nodes.
Preserve the actual Active/Pending Registry version choices and the Registry compatibility warning.

Context

When a first Registry release is still Pending, the /nodes response has no latest_version. ComfyUI-Manager currently fills that gap with nightly, which exposes the GitHub branch as if it were the Registry package. This change keeps the release pending until the Registry provides an Active version.
