Adds two KoO Ai custom-node packages to ComfyUI-Manager:

KoO Nodes Pack
https://github.com/kooailab/koo-nodes-pack
KoO Apes Prompter
https://github.com/kooailab/koo-apes-prompter

Both repositories are public ComfyUI custom-node packages and are also configured for the Comfy Registry under PublisherId koo-ai.

Only custom-node-list.json is changed, with the existing formatting preserved. No package source, versions, behavior, or Registry publications are changed.

Validation: all 19 checks in check.bat passed; github-stats.json and extras.json also passed the upstream JSON checker; git diff --check passed. An isolated check using the unchanged upstream local database loader resolved both entries with the expected metadata. The live ComfyUI "Use local DB" dialog was not tested.

Please let me know if any metadata changes are required.
