Add ComfyUI_SaveJPEG to custom node list

Adds the ComfyUI_SaveJPEG custom node to the registry.

What it does: saves any input IMAGE tensor as JPEG to the ComfyUI output directory.

Selectable .jpg / .jpeg extension (format is JPEG either way)
Quality 1–100
Background fill for transparent pixels (JPEG has no alpha channel): white / black
Optional progressive JPEG encoding
Timestamp placeholders in the filename prefix, precise to the second (%yy%mm%dd_%hh%mi%ss default)
Batch input supported (sequential filenames)
Outputs the input tensor unchanged for downstream nodes

Install: via ComfyUI-Manager (git clone).

License: Apache 2.0.
