1. InstantX's union controlnet is added and typo fixed.
2. ae.sft for dev and schnell is same. So I just modified description.
3. I didn't add flux1-dev.safetensors because it requires 'log in' and 'agree' the agreement.

I found something else that might be similar.

VAE and vae, should be the same?

SDXL and SDXL 1.0, should be the same?

vit-g and ViT-G, shoudlbe the same?

Maybe combine them into one make things cleaner.

Nope. It's not. It is just a diffusion model. That model doesn't contains textencoder.

for SDXL, save path: controlnet/SDXL

You have already perfect save path for flux:

Things will be well organized like this:
