been trying to toubleshoot for my friend for days but we cant get it working on his machine, it keeps saying

Prestartup times for custom nodes:
0.9 seconds (PRESTARTUP FAILED): C:\Users\Jal\Documents\AI Folder\ComfyUI_windows_portable\ComfyUI\custom_nodes\ComfyUI-Manager

heres what we tried so far
-instaling python
-instaling pip
-running pip dependencies
-instaling anaconda
-runing pip dependencies again
-formating the pc
-switching hard drive and reinstaling windows on that hard drive instead
-trying the portable version of comfy ui
-trying 4 diferent instals of comfy ui manager using the zip, the gitbash, the alternative methods and the portable method
-trying around 8 diferent python dependency scripts
-updating comfy ui using the bat files in comfy ui

i dont know what else i can do to get this one plugin to work, other plugins like efficient nodes and pyyssssss scripts work, but manager still dosent

found the issue, it was git path for some reason refusing to be automatically set via the intalation of gitbash, had to manually add it to the path system
