Config.ini is not being created in the default directory of ComfyUI Manager, regardless of whether it is installed through extracting github archive or CMD. ComfyUI Manager is accessible for me within ComfyUI.

I have ComfyUI in my D Drive and I'm not finding this path (<USER_DIRECTORY>/default/ComfyUI-Manager/config.ini) at all
