Launch PowerShell:
Navigate to the ComfyUI directory:

cd C:\ComfyUI_windows_portable

(Adjust the directory path as needed)

Run the following command to install the module:

python_embeded\python.exe -s -m pip install rich

This does resolve the issue, but the problem is that the rich package should be installed automatically if it's not already present.
It seems to be failing due to some issue that I can't reproduce on my end.

For me, the Manager still doesn't work for the latest ComfyUI. I have to --force-reinstall rich and toml, also one I forgot the name for rgthree.

I had the same issue. For me, my anti malware (ESET - Live Guard) was identifying Rich and Toml as files it needed to block for analysis while letting everything else through. I had to add an exclusion for the whole portable folder (under ESET detection engine exclusions) and use pip install --upgrade --force-reinstall for both Rich and Toml and now manager is finally working.
