Starting ComfyUI FETCH ComfyRegistry takes a lot of time, causing ComfyUI to not start quickly. I want to disable ComfyUI FETCH ComfyRegistry, especially when reading lora data. The database is locked reading lora, which is too slow to accept and must be executed before ComfyUI can be started

启动ComfyUI FETCH ComfyRegistry 非常耗时间，导致ComfyUI不能快速启动，我想禁用 ComfyUI FETCH ComfyRegistry ，特别是在读取lora数据database is locked reading lora，慢的不能接受，必须执行完了才能启动ComfyUI

database is locked reading lora 是另一个插件comfyui_extra_api的问题，这玩意自动按照的，comfyui_extra_api把文件夹权限给禁止写入，comfyui_extra_api文件夹内文件全部删除；ComfyUI FETCH ComfyRegistry这个问题是ComfyUI_Manager的，有个配置文件ComfyUI-Manager/config.ini这里面好像是可以解决
