Could you please clear the console string before output while updating? Lengths of extensions differ and they overlap during the process.

Is the issue you're talking about when "Updating: ..." overlaps when you press "Update All"? If this is the issue, it's strange because it was a bug that briefly existed in the very early stages of implementing that feature and has been fixed.
Or is the same issue occurring elsewhere as well?

It is definitely not a bug, just not very clear output to console. Yes, it happens in "Update All" and probably some other places. The cause is the difference of lenghs of paths. If long path is typed in console string and the next path to be typed (in the same string without clearing it) is shorter, they obviously overlap.
