When update All I get these errors.
The nodes loads and works as they should, it's just the updating that don't work.
Now I noticed that these nodes (plus ComfyUI Manager) are being listed as Not installed, even though I installed them through Manager. If I remove the directories them from custom_nodes and then reinstall them via Manager they work, but still aren't listed as installed and fail to update.
Seems like other people have the same problem with other nodes. https://github.com/kijai/ComfyUI-WanVideoWrapper/issues/40

Same error. I am using the clear latest version of ComfyUI
@ltdrdata commented on GitHub (May 14, 2025):
It seems that your node cache is not updated.
Please upload the full startup log.

And as I said before, these four custom nodes are all installed through manager but it don't show them as installed. If I remove ComfyUI-GGUF and then install it again through the manager this is the output.
Restarting and refreshing, but it don't show up under installed nodes.
@Shyryp commented on GitHub (May 21, 2025):
The temporary solution I can offer to get rid of the error:
After that, launch ComfyUI, update ComfyUI in ComfyUI-Manager (Update All), and then install again those problematic node packages that you deleted.

Information for the creator (@ltdrdata) of ComfyUI-Manager - the error is probably related to the contents of the custom node folders and the cache. I may be wrong, but deleting the cache and custom node folders has currently solved the problem with the error when updating node packages.
@MattiP451 commented on GitHub (May 21, 2025):
Thanks, but still wont work here. Oh well. It's not a critical bug. I just need to update them manually.
@MattiP451 commented on GitHub (May 25, 2025):
It's only those four nodes that it won't update. It updates other nodes without problem.
@ltdrdata commented on GitHub (May 25, 2025):
This issue is fixed.
@MattiP451 commented on GitHub (May 25, 2025):
Updated everything and ComfyUI-Manager.
Removed ComfyUI_SigmoidOffsetScheduler and ComfyUI-Crystools.
Reinstalled ComfyUI_SigmoidOffsetScheduler and ComfyUI-Crystools through Manager.
These two still gives an error message, but now a new one. GGUF and NF4 updates as they should.
@ltdrdata commented on GitHub (May 26, 2025):
Go to the ComfyUI_SigmoidOffsetScheduler dir.
And execute
What message is displayed?

@ltdrdata commented on GitHub (May 26, 2025):
What I meant was that you should try it in the
ComfyUI/custom_nodes/ComfyUI_SigmoidOffsetSchedulerdirectory, rather than the mainComfyUIpath.@MattiP451 commented on GitHub (Jun 3, 2025):
Right, think I figured out why at least. When installed, through ComfyUI Manager, neither ComfyUI Crystools nor ComfyUI SigmoidOffsetSchedule have a .git directory.
I just reinstalled it.
So in https://github.com/Comfy-Org/ComfyUI-Manager/issues/1834#issuecomment-2908655736 I was standing in the /ComfyUI/custom_nodes/ComfyUI_SigmoidOffsetScheduler directory.

Now I understand the situation of your environment. I’ll look into the issue.
