I dont recall it doing that last time I ran it.

I am on windows 10 with pytorch 2.7 and cuda 12.6 I was planning to update cuda but ran "M:\ComfyUI\ComfyUI_windows_portable\update\update_comfyui_and_python_dependencies.bat" first from inside that folder with a windows command prompt which I am sure I did before and it did not update numpy.

all went well until comfyui restart, now I have most of my custom nodes showing:

0.0 seconds (IMPORT FAILED): M:\ComfyUI\ComfyUI_windows_portable\ComfyUI\custom_nodes\comfyui-impact-subpack

and as many errors in the load up showing:

Cannot import M:\ComfyUI\ComfyUI_windows_portable\ComfyUI\custom_nodes\ComfyUI_MatAnyone_Kytra module for custom nodes: numpy.core.multiarray failed to import

A module that was compiled using NumPy 1.x cannot be run in
NumPy 2.3.2 as it may crash. To support both 1.x and 2.x
versions of NumPy, modules must be compiled with NumPy 2.0.
Some module may need to rebuild instead e.g. with 'pybind11>=2.12'.

If you are a user of the module, the easiest solution will be to
downgrade to 'numpy<2' or try to upgrade the affected module.
We expect that some modules will need time to support NumPy 2.

What did I do wrong and what is the best way to fix it?
