@ltdrdata I don't mind this feature but assuming it's just text data I don't understand why it's so slow. If the data is compressed before sending, it surely cannot be more than 1MB?

It will eventually transition to a fully cacheless approach.
Right now, the reason it takes a while is because it queries and retrieves all node data in real time to synchronize with the latest data.
Since this is part of the background cache-update process, aside from the initial instance where node information may appear incomplete, it should not affect your experience using ComfyUI.

For anyone else who is super annoyed by the ridiculous reporting of the fetch every second, constantly moving the console text and making it cluttered and impossible to read, all while you are constantly restarting ComfyUI to debug things... WITH NO WAY TO NATIVELY DISABLE IT... And don't feel like waiting... Comment this code out:

@brandonkish this will only remove a symptom, you're still working on outdated data. the core issue is, that it's so slow.

My issue was the constant bombardment of the output window while I am trying to develop nodes. So my goal was achieved by proposed solution.
