I have installed and updated the portable manager, manually updated frontend, cleared cache, and done multiple attempts to get the manager to show the correct version, the manager is stuck showing comfyui 3.62 while the logs show the comfyui 3.71 is installed and running

Additionally, manager has no snapshots recorded
