Installed comfy, installed manager.

Manager whines that comfy is outdated.

Very impressive work.

ComfyUI-Manager] Security Alert: ComfyUI outdated.
Installations blocked (update allowed).
Update ComfyUI for normal operation.

Tried to update comfy using scripts. Everything is already there.

Whatever the hell you guys changed about 6 months back needs to revert. Installing manager is an almost assured death sentence for a comfy instance.

So now I'm installing comfy again because the manager won't uninstall itself. Thanks. I wanted time to read a book, anyway.

It won't uninstall itself. Give it a try.

However, I'm closing this issue as, "I don't care."

I figured out how to completely remove the security checks so that the manager works exactly the way it has in the past.

I'm happy.
