ComfyUI-Manager install not work

ComfyUI likely restricts the download permissions of ComfyUI-Manager when exposing IP services for security reasons. However, the download may appear successful, but in reality, it fails, which can be confusing.
There are two solutions, choose one based on your situation.

Method 1:
In Settings - Server-Config - Host: The IP address to listen on, change it to "127.0.0.1" and restart.
This setting means only this computer can access it, so other computers won't be able to access ComfyUI via IP.

Method 2:
Change network_mode to personal_cloud in the config.ini file and restart.
The path to the config.ini file can be found in this guide. The default location is in the ComfyUI/user/__manager folder. The default configuration for network_mode is public.
Note that with this modification, others will also be able to download, so consider the usage environment.

The security_level parameter in config.ini can control download permissions. For more information, see this guide.

ComfyUI 应该是处于安全考虑，限制了对外开放 IP 服务时 ComfyUI-Manager 的下载权限。不过下载后提示下载成功但是实际上并没有下载有点搞人。
解决方法有两个，根据情况选择一种。

方法一：
在【设置】-【服务器配置】-【主机：要监听的IP地址】这里需要改成 "127.0.0.1"，重启。
这么设置表示仅本电脑可访问，其他电脑就不能够通过 IP 访问 ComfyUI 了。

方法二：
在 config.ini 文件中将 network_mode 改为 personal_cloud，重启。
config.ini 的路径存放路径可以看这个说明，默认是在 ComfyUI/user/__manager 文件夹中。network_mode 的默认配置是 public。
注意，这样修改的话，别人也可以进行下载，需要考虑好使用环境。

this is most fucking shit problem i have EVER met,when i change the network_mode to the personal_cloud then i restart it and refresh,the problem sitll here, and because this i cant fucking installing any nodes,this is fucking shit as the comfyui always changes the THEIR FUCKING SHIT UI just BECAUSE THEY FUCKING THINK THIS IS FUNNY!!!

The github donest support the type of ini,so i change it to the txt,by the way it can successfully restrat the comfyui when the error come out at the first time,but then restart will be stuck.
