Hi I had problem.
At my python missed : stub build backend wheel_stub.buildapi

here is a command to install missing part.
improove youself path to your python....
D:\ComfyUI_windows_portable\python_embeded\python.exe -m pip install --upgrade pip setuptools wheel wheel_stub
After it normally at python folder ..... pip install - r .....\ComfyUI\custom_nodes\comfyui_nvidia_rtx_nodes\requirements.txt

i had to do this to make it work. same errors
