📄 Description

Updates the nodes to the current nvidia-vfx SDK features.

RTX Video Super Resolution: expose all SDK quality modes (BICUBIC, DENOISE_, DEBLUR_, HIGHBITRATE_, STREAMING_), add strength and image_encoding (8-bit / RGB10A2) inputs, preserve alpha, and run on the CUDA device selected by ComfyUI. Denoise/deblur modes keep input dimensions.
RTX TrueHDR (new): convert SDR images to BT.2020 PQ or HLG HDR image data.
RTX Video Frame Generation (new): interpolate frames for frame-rate multiplication or a specific timestep.
Update README, example workflows, and icon.
