Complete locale translations (#6637)

### Summary
- filled missing keys across
`src/locales/*/{main,nodeDefs,settings,commands}.json` so every locale
now matches the English source set
- normalized pluralization templates and preserved placeholders during
the refresh
- synced newly translated strings for Arabic, Spanish, French, Japanese,
Korean, Russian, Turkish, and Traditional Chinese
