[backport core/1.33] fix: Vue Node <-> Litegraph node height offset normalization (#6979)

## Summary
Backport of #6966 onto core/1.33.

- cherry-picked 29dbfa3f
- resolved the zoomed-in ctrl+shift snapshot conflict by taking upstream
expectations
