Backports PR #6381 (UI color updates & tweaks) to core/1.30 branch.
This includes:
- Text readability improvements
- Semantic color token consistency updates
- UI element styling refinements
- Component import path fixes (ComfyLogoTransparent → ComfyLogo)
## Merge Conflicts Resolved
- **ComfyMenuButton.vue**: Accepted cherry-picked version with import
changes
- **20 browser test snapshots**: Used backportee's copy as instructed

Adds the [tailwind lint
plugin](https://github.com/francoismassart/eslint-plugin-tailwindcss/?tab=readme-ov-file#eslint-plugin-tailwindcss )
and fixes the currently fixable rules ([v4 is still in
beta](https://github.com/francoismassart/eslint-plugin-tailwindcss/?tab=readme-ov-file#about-tailwind-css-4-support )).

can prohibit extra classes that could be utilities instead

- Add vue/no-restricted-class ESLint rule to catch dark: prefix usage
- Fix existing violation in FormImageUpload.vue (dark: -> dark-theme:)
