Add graph ID creation / serialisation ( #790 )

- Updates UUIDv4 generator
- Adds a unique id & revision support to graphs
- `revision` to be incremented downstream (e.g. on save)
- `id` automatically assigned if not provided

[API] Remove unused: optional_inputs & outputs ( #597 )

Code search shows zero usage. If kept, typing properly would require
effort.
Removed:
- `LGraphNode.optional_inputs`
- `LGraphNode.optional_outputs`

[Test] Add integration test: LGraph snapshot ( #591 )
