Integrates Stripe's pricing table web component into the subscription
dialog when the subscription_tiers_enabled feature flag is active. The
implementation includes a new StripePricingTable component that loads
Stripe's pricing table script and renders the table with proper error
handling and loading states. The subscription dialog now displays the
Stripe pricing table with contact us and enterprise links, using a
1100px width that balances multi-column layout with visual design.
Configuration supports environment variables, remote config, and window
config for the Stripe publishable key and pricing table ID.

## Summary
Backport outputs from new cloud history endpoint
Does:
1. Show history in the Queue
2. Show outputs from prompt execution
Does not:
1. Handle appending latest images generated to queue history
2. Making sure that workflow data from images is available from load
(requires additional API call to fetch)
Most of this PR is:
1. Test fixtures (truncated workflow to test).
2. The service worker so I could verify my changes locally.
## Changes
- Add `history_v2` to `history` adapter
- Add tests for mapping
- Do branded validation for promptIds (suggestion from @DrJKL)
- Create a dev environment service worker so we can view cloud hosted
images in development.
## Review Focus
1. Is the dev-only service work the right way to do it? It was the
easiest I could think of.
4. Are the validation changes too heavy? I can rip them out if needed.

Side toolbar menu UI updates
## Summary
- Currently the template modal is very hidden. Many users do not find it
- The current icons are quite aleatory
## Changes
**What**:
- Add templates shortcut button
- Add item label in normal size
- Use custom icon
Critical design decisions or edge cases that need attention:
- Sidebar tabs registered using custom icons will have their associated
command registed with an undefined icon (currently only string icons are
accepted, not components). I couldn't see anywhere directly using this
icon, but we should consider autogenerating an icon font so we can use
classes for our custom icons (or locating and updating locations to
support both icon types)
