fix(TopMenuSection): show current user if logged in (#6239)
## Summary
`CurrentUserButton` was not showing at all. Now it shows when the user
is logged in.
## Changes
- Fix template logic
- Add test for `CurrentUserButton` and `LoginButton` display logic.
