Implement: Subscription tier query parameter for direct checkout flow
Example button link: `/cloud/subscribe?tier=standard`
`tier` could be `standard`, `creator` or `pro`
`cycle` could be `monthly` or `yearly`. it is optional, and `monthly` by
default.
