## Summary

Add additional test coverage for vue node errors

## Changes

- **What**: 
- add tests for showing error on missing node, execution error,
validation failure & resolved on fix
- move ErrorsTabHelper to fixtures dir & update refs
- add SLOW_MO env var for headed local tests
