## Summary Adds NightlySurveyPopover component that displays a Typeform survey to eligible nightly users after a configurable delay. ## Changes - **What**: Vue component that uses `useSurveyEligibility` to show/hide a survey popover with accept, dismiss, and opt-out actions.
