DrJKL 9b435eb32f refactor: delete unused nodeBadgeStore extension-row API ...

The badge renderer cutover resolved extension badges as staying on raw
node.badges, leaving registerBadge/deleteBadge and the 'extension' badge
kind with no production callers and no future consumer. Delete the
mutators, shrink BADGE_KIND_ORDER to core/credits, and remove the
unreachable extension-row partition branch.
