jaeone94 1bbb5fea2d test: disable ShowErrorsTab in E2E tests unrelated to missing models 
Prevents missing model detection from rendering NodeFooter in E2E tests,
which causes layout interference (resize handle shifts, overlay blocking)
when model files are absent in the test environment.
