Alexander Brown c9da8b200d Fix: Allow uncoloring Vue Nodes (#5991) ...

## Summary

Fixes an issue where trying to uncolor a node broke the vue color
syncing.

## Changes

- **What**: Changes litegraph property removal from `delete` to `=
undefined`
