bymyself be26408dd3 fix: resolve merge conflicts with main ...

Reconciled PR #7650 (jobs API) with PRs #7992 and #7745:
- Added list view and hoisted context menu with bulk actions
- Integrated queue panel v2 features
- Maintained jobs API lazy loading for job details
