Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Currently, the existing command for submitting PRs always
creates them in an "open" state. It would be useful to have an
option to submit PRs as drafts.
Proposed Solution
Add a command-line argument that allows users to specify whether
the PR should be created as "open" or "draft". This could
replace the hardcoded "open" status that appears before every PR
creation.
For example:
submit-pr --draft- creates a draft PRsubmit-pr- creates an open PR (default behavior)This would give users more flexibility when they want to push
work-in-progress changes for early feedback without marking the
PR as ready for review.
