Improvement suggested by @robinjhuang:

  • Change the /STUDY-current-repo and /ANALYZE-repo-for-claude commands and the system of using filepath-mapping.json so that:
    • When generating the summaries, by default don't store them in some local folder with an internal filepath-mapping.json; instead, just add them to the repo you are in (using consistent folder/location in all cases) and make an actual PR to add that to the respective repo.
    • When looking for the project summary, check that folder, and then fallback to filepath-mapping.json maybe (e.g., if not using a git repo)
  • filepath mapping system could be kept in the commands as the fallback, to support non git repos or instances where you want the summary private for some reason. This would need to be an extra prompt that the command asks the user in the /ANALYZE-repo-for-claude command.

After, actually make the PRs to all the Comfy-Org projects currently summarized in https://github.com/Comfy-Org/comfy-claude-prompt-library/tree/master/project-summaries-for-agents

Then, investigate whether same process could be done for knowledge folder or if it contains too personal or verbose data or would require too many constant commits (may or may not be a good thing)
