What

Refreshes the README to match what the MCP can actually do today and the closed-beta access model.

Why

The current README:

frames access as a typeform waitlist, but access is now gated by a per-user PostHog feature flag with a dedicated survey;
lists only 5 of the 12 skill files actually shipped in skills/;
describes ~6 of the 18 MCP tools the server actually exposes (no mention of partner_generate, save_workflow, run_saved_workflow, cql, submit_feedback, report_session_summary);
doesn't mention that a Cloud subscription is required to submit workflows, or that Claude Desktop chat mode is blocked on OAuth.

Changes

Closed-beta callout at the top points at https://links.comfy.org/cloudmcpbeta for both waitlist and feedback.
Requirements section: active Cloud subscription, Comfy API key, beta-flag enrollment. OAuth-coming-soon note preserved for Claude Desktop chat.
"Using it" restructured into three layers, so users know what they type vs what the agent does:
1. Just ask — natural language is primary.
2. Slash commands (Claude Code only) — full table of all 12 skill files now, not just 5.
3. Tools the agent calls — capability-grouped table covering all 18 server tools (including partner_generate, saved-workflow tools, cql, and the beta feedback tools).
Feedback section ties in-agent tools, the survey, and the new error-path nudge from comfy-cloud-mcp-server#253.
Adds a link to the docs.comfy.org MCP page at the bottom (separate PR to refresh that page is queued).

What I did not change

Install scripts (install.sh / install.ps1) — out of scope.
Skill files in skills/ — already match the new table.
Logo / branding.

Follow-ups (not in this PR)

Refresh the docs.comfy.org MCP page in Comfy-Org/docs (separate PR — drafted).
Once a beta Slack channel exists, name it in the closed-beta note and the feedback section.
