What — No CHANGELOG.md, despite 8 published releases.

Why it matters here — Consumers upgrading have no way to see what changed between versions. For a published client library that is the most-requested doc.

Evidence

$ gh api repos/Comfy-Org/comfy-python-sdk/releases -q length
8

$ ls CHANGELOG.md
ls: cannot access 'CHANGELOG.md': No such file or directory

Fix

Adopt keep-a-changelog, or generate from conventional commits and attach to the release the publish workflow produces.
