📄 Description

The repo had no LICENSE file and no license field, so npm would have published this as UNLICENSED and GitHub detected no license — which leaves it unusable by default for anyone who cares about provenance.

npm includes LICENSE in the tarball automatically despite files: ["dist"]; verified with pnpm pack.
