@robinjhuang Maybe you can bundle gitoxide (just a single <20MB binary, interchangeable with the usual git) or Git-Windows-Minimal

The installer of git-scm may be too complicated for people who want to quickly start

https://github.com/desktop/dugite/blob/main/script/download-git.js

However, it does not install it globally. So we will need to change ComfyUI-Manager to use this bundled git...

Okay I think I know how we can easily do this:

Bundle dugite-native releases here with the desktop app.
https://github.com/desktop/dugite-native/releases/tag/v2.47.1

Github Desktop builds these to be portable.

They have this download script that is used when installing the dugite package. We can instead just use that script during the build process of desktop.
