App Version
On the latest version of the Windows app as of now. After the last update where it launched a windows installer I can't run workflows anymore. They give me:
Failed to execute 'structuredClone' on 'Window': [object Array] could not be cloned.
Lot of people with this issue across ComfyUI. Some mention to run requirements.txt again but don't think the desktop version has this specifically, Ran full updates thru the manager. No joy after that and several restarts.

The error
Failed to execute 'structuredClone' on 'Window': [object Array] could not be clonedappears to be related to how the ComfyUI desktop app (built with Electron) is handling settings or workflow data in memory. The codebase usesstructuredCloneto deep-copy default settings, and this error typically occurs if an object that can't be cloned (such as certain arrays or complex objects) is passed to it (source). Here’s what I found:
requirements.txtis part of the manual install process for ComfyUI, but the desktop version uses its own isolated Python environment and typically manages dependencies automatically. Runningrequirements.txtmanually is not usually required for the desktop app (source). What you can try:
At this time, there are no official fixes or workarounds documented for this specific error. The documentation suggests checking the official forum for similar error reports (source). If the problem continues, monitoring the repository or forum for updates or patches is recommended.
If you have more details about your workflow or any recent changes to your setup, sharing those might help narrow down the cause.

When I disable node qq-nodes-comfyui then things run. If I switch from nightly which is basically 1.0.1 to 1.0.0 then things work as well.
