I can't find the manager. Is it somewhere new because I reinstalled and I still don't see it.

The Manager in ComfyUI v0.4.0 and later is now found in the main menu under "Manage Extensions"—it’s no longer a separate sidebar or button. This is the new, intended location for managing custom nodes and extensions in the desktop app (docs).
If you still don’t see the Manager after updating and reinstalling, it could be due to a broken environment or missing dependencies. Try these steps:
pip install -r requirements.txtinside the app’s virtual environment to fix missing packages (troubleshooting)..venvfolder in your ComfyUI directory, and restart to force a clean environment.comfy.settings.jsonandextra_models_config.yamlto let the app regenerate them.main.logandcomfyui.login your logs folder for errors about node import failures or dependency issues. If you see errors about “skipped fixing the 'comfyui-frontend-package' because the ComfyUI is outdated,” your Desktop version may be behind the latest core and dependency updates—using the portable or manual install versions can help in that case (details).
Let me know if you need more detailed steps for any of these actions.

The manager is indeed present, but please open issues if there's anything wrong, we'll be watching closely for the next few days to make sure this lands right.

Im not sure what I am missing, but I cant find how to install custom nodes like the GGUF Model Loader because it doesnt show up in this search.
Am I at the right place?

SOLUTION:
I forgot to add the
--enable-managerflag when starting ComfyUI with python
