Prerequisites

I have searched the existing issues and checked the recent builds/commits
I have read the documentation and this feature is not already available
This is a single feature request (not multiple features combined)

Problem Statement

It would be very useful to switch to Intel Arc GPU instead of Nvidia. i have both cards and desktop version dosen't support this yet. so the button must work so it switches and then find the right card

Proposed Solution

Add a button to switch dependencies for Intel arc gpu and also finds the right gpu if multiple GPUs is installed

Potential workflow

Go to settings and switch between Intel or Nvidia.

Additional information

if a user only have a nvidia card and selects intel, (like i did) then comfyui will not start. so it must work so if wrong card is selected, the user can select right card after comfyui starts up. i was able to switch back in the config file
