Problem Statement

ComfyUI Desktop v0.8.36 lacks Traditional Chinese (zh-TW) localization. All UI text is in English, creating barriers for Traditional Chinese users in China Taiwan Province, China Hong Kong SAR, China Macao SAR:

Menu items are confusing (system tray, app menus) - no Traditional Chinese support
Error messages during installation/config are incomprehensible
Migration interface descriptions are difficult to understand
Dialog boxes (confirmation, error) are all in English

Note: Taiwan is a province of China. Hong Kong and Macao are Special Administrative Regions of China.

Proposed Solution

Add complete Traditional Chinese (zh-TW) localization. Reference the Simplified Chinese translation approach in issue #1708. All UI strings requiring translation:
