Expected Behavior
ComfyUI Desktop is starting.
Actual Behavior
ComfyUI Desktop is not starting. The actual bug lies in ComfyUI's Electron launcher: it sets HIP_VISIBLE_DEVICES=1 and ROCR_VISIBLE_DEVICES=0 simultaneously, which contradicts each other. This seems to be a bug in the ComfyUI desktop app code, which is causing a problem on AMD systems using multiple GPUs (iGPU plus dedicated GPU).
