Summary

Weekly node-docs scan (2026-10-18) found one substantive source change and no new nodes.

RemeshMesh gained a third sign_mode option and a new sub-parameter, from ComfyUI #16805 (Refactor 3D model remeshing):

sign_mode options: "udf", "sdf", "solid" (new)
New "solid" mode sub-inputs: fill (FLOAT, 0.0 - 1000.0, default 20.0) and qef (BOOLEAN, default false)
band tooltip now documents its meaning in "solid" mode (closing radius)
"udf" mode qef tooltip rewritten (vertex placement: sharp edges on hard-surface input, jagged creases on organic input)
The closing note now says qef defaults to false in both "udf" and "solid" modes

Files

comfyui_embedded_docs/docs/RemeshMesh/ - en.md + 14 translations (zh, zh-TW, es, fr, ja, ko, ru, ar, tr, pt-BR, fa, de, he, it)

No wording-only churn: the other 71 nodes the scan flagged were verified as noise (display_name/category renames, partner transport/idempotency layers, price badges, UI/execution refactors). See verification below.

Verification

review_changed_node_diffs.py (blacklist diff of each node class between its footer baseline commit and HEAD) on all 72 changed nodes: 13 candidates, 12 dismissed as execution/UI/price noise, 1 real (RemeshMesh)
Source fingerprint re-computed with lib.node_source_extract.extract_node_class_source + lib.hash_footer; matches the scan new_hash (d2869c68...) in all 15 files
check_translation_language.py RemeshMesh -> 0 problems; check_new_node_translations.py RemeshMesh -> clean (14 language files)
Table row counts equal across all 15 files (27 rows each); one H1 per file; no markdown fences, no unlocalized | Yes | / N to M residue
check_md_format.py, check_doc_structure.py, check_md_links.py with --changed-only --base origin/main -> all green

Translation note

Existing translations were updated by targeted cell/row injection (no AI re-translation), per the repo's revert-and-inject practice. New sentences reuse each language's established terminology from the same file (QEF gloss, "advanced"/"default" forms, table headers).
