The workflow table in the README grew a third column ("Setup"). One row — cursor-review-catalog-drift.yml — only had two cells, so it rendered short next to the other eleven. This adds the missing cell.

Why

Regression from my own merge of the catalog-drift PR earlier today: that row was authored before the Setup column existed, and I carried it over as-authored instead of giving it a third cell.

No docs/callers/cursor-review-catalog-drift.md exists yet, so the cell is an explicit — rather than a link to a file that isn't there. Writing that caller guide is a separate, real follow-up — AGENTS.md requires a page per workflow, and refresh-reviewers.yml is in the same position.

One correction worth recording

A naive pipe count says the groom.yml row has 5 cells and is also broken. It isn't — its \|\| are properly escaped and it renders as 3. I initially reported it as pre-existing breakage; that was my counter not skipping escaped pipes, not a defect in the row. Only the one row was actually malformed.

Verification

Counted cells across all 12 rows with escaped pipes excluded: every row is 3 cells after this change, and was every-row-but-one before it.
